Overview

Phoenix Studios is a leading influencer marketing agency that specializes in helping influencers monetize themselves. The professional work needed to be reflected on their website. The goal was to create a website that not only showcases their services but also generates leads by handling as many objections preemptively as possible. This goal was achieved, and through some basic SEO, qualified leads started reaching out through the website, or through the custom AI agent we embedded right next to the FAQ which helped prevent leads from bouncing due to unanswered questions or unaddressed concerns.

Challenges and Learnings

The website simultaneously needed to be visually captivating, yet explain their somewhat convoluted services in a clear and simple manner. Especially uncommon benefits like account recovery, their backend setup, and their approach with a personal contact needed to be explained in a way that was easy to understand for potential clients. The AI agent ended up being key. It has access to all the information on the website and some more internal documents, and can help synthesise the exact information a lead is looking for, without them having to scoure the website for it. The agent proactively suggests sending an email to the agency if it is not confident it can answer, or if the lead is likely to convert.

The final result is a fast and reliable website which passively generates leads just by ranking well and converting effectively. The agency can now focus on their work, while the website handles lead generation and serves as a portfolio.
