Using Google’s NotebookLM, I’ve created an AI-generated podcast that transforms Dr Ray Peat's articles from his website raypeat.com into engaging audio discussions. This experiment not only makes his ideas more accessible but also showcases the potential of AI in content creation.

A Beginner-Friendly Entry Point

As someone who sometimes finds scientific articles challenging and simply doesn’t have the time to read them all in detail, I developed this project as a very accessible entry point. The idea is to offer short, 10–25 minute podcasts that break down each of Ray Peat’s articles into digestible insights. I’ve even tested it with other content I know well, and I was astounded by how accurately the AI captured and conveyed the essential information. While I’m still working my way through Ray’s website, this initial rollout aims to provide a friendly introduction—even if it does have a bit of that “AI slop” factor.
